RULES

• You can nominate yourself in 4 categories minimum & 5 categories max. Please be sure to have it under categories it fits!

• You must link back to Charismatic Awards - http://www.angel-carter.net/awards - either before or after you are done nominating! Please have it somewhere I can see once I go to your site to check! If a code is not up then your submissions will be rejected and you will not win an award. It would go to the second most votes in that category.

• Only the owner of a site can nominate themselves and/or any co-owner aka co-web.

• I accept all sites except for personal sites, blog sites and any inappropriate sites for example: hate sites, nudity sites, etc.

• Only Carter-Related websites are allowed to nominate in Best Carter-Related site.

• Please have your site in English!

• Do not nominate your site if its on hiatus/brb/etc.

• If your site wins an award and I see that your site is on hiatus/brb/etc at the end of voting or any point, then your award will go to the 2nd best in that category.

• If you won an award in the last two seasons you can not nominate your site in the same category in the next season .. Please let others have a chance to win!

• No hate emails if you do not win an award!

• You must have a 100x35 or a 50x50 link us button for your site that we can put on ours.

• If you read the rules, in the box - " Nick's Tattoo ..."  ... type in there "Koi Fish"
